You see the Internet is NOT static and the way web sites are built and served is in constant flux with new technologies. This is the most important reason to be sure your site is properly designed so that as these changes occur your site can be easily updated - WITHOUT HAVING TO REBULD THE WHOLE SITE TO MAKE IT WORK!

Please read that last statement again. Mos to f the jobs we are asked to bid on are to rebuild "old" outdated sites that cannot be updated , added to or changed. The typical reason for this is the underlying code is NOT WC3 compliant and therore ever line of code MUST be changed.

NOTE: W3C is the governing organization that writes the standards for the programming languages used to build websites. It is these standards that allow companies to write browser software to deliver the intended "look and feel" of your website design. Without that these standards browsers would NOT be able to work and your Internet experience would be less than pleasant!
