About Us
D3 Solutions and Design, Inc. operated for over 6 years as D3 Solutions, LLC., a Georgia
Corporation. We moved to Tennessee in early 2010 as we continued to grow and changed our corporate name.
If you Google D3 Solutions, LLC. you will find 1,000's of instances of our work on the Internet.
From our humble beginnings we started web designing business in-house for ourselves and a
few select clients and students. As our proficiencies grew we branched out into teaching others how to design
and build their own successful web sites and businesses. Since then we have taught hundreds of students how to
build their very own web businesses.
The founder, Michael Domeck, was a succesful business person for many years before the Internet
became popular. He was elected to and listed in Who's Who of American business managers since 1991. During
his 3+ decades in marketing he won National marketing sales titles from Century 21, Mitel
Communications, Compaq, Epson, IBM, Northern Telecom and AT&T.
His first Internet based work was for Nitro Marketing, located in Texas. He was
instrumental in helping to design the training curriculum and then worked with 100's of students in his
three years with that company.
From there he founded White Hat Guys Consulting with four other trainers, from the old Nitro
Marketing program. They went on to teach students how to build their very own Niche web businesses with easy to
absorb, and follow, lessons. These were newbie's to the Internet and had no idea about keyword research, HTML,
web hosting, marketing or social media.
The majority of these students developed unique businesses and became very successful in their
chosen area(s). He worked with these students from concept through production and the setting up of entire web
sales processes. From there he started taking on private consultations working one on one with select clients.
As more and more people approached him for his help he chose to migrate his business to doing the
work FOR his clients instead of just consulting with and training them. Most of his clients have chosen to
claim the work for themselves, under defined contractual agreements. Therefore, many of those successful
sites he built can not be used as samples of work as he always honors his clients
contracts.
